Remote IT support
Some issues can be diagnosed or resolved without a visit. Tell us what is happening first; we can discuss whether remote help fits the problem.
When remote help may fit
Software questions, account settings and some troubleshooting can often start with a conversation or screen-sharing session.
When a visit may make more sense
A device that will not start, a physical connection problem or a situation requiring hands-on work may need an on-site visit.
Before a remote session
- Describe the device and issue in the request form.
- Keep the device connected and available if possible.
- Never accept an unexpected remote-access request from someone claiming to be us.
